Sushan is a management graduate. After graduating in Business Administration from Pokhara University, he had a banking career before he went to New Zealand in March 2011 to further expand his scope of knowledge and research. During his study and stay in New Zealand, he has gathered a lot of exposure and experience of international business. He has travelled extensively throughout New Zealand reaching almost all of the major cities. He is a graduate student of Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), Napier, New Zealand. Sushan loves trekking; he has got the experience of overcoming major trekking routes of Nepal and travelling to South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. He is an honest and extremely optimistic person and he only sees the bright side of a life. He is an independent and self-motivated with excellent research and writing, with the ability to grow positive relationships with students and their parents. His excellent communication skills and positive feel for students are true assets that sell him off. In return to Nepal, he took over a position of New Zealand Counselor at Kangaroo Education Foundation. Sushan has in depth knowledge of NZ institutes, programs, courses, student requirements, thanks to his extensive research and his own experience as an international student. Sushan is a certified counselor by Ministry of Education Nepal, and Education New Zealand who also has served as a resource person to train other ECAN members. Further, he was a part of a delegate to have a meeting with New Zealand High Commission in Mumbai on Feb 2017. He has an extensive knowledge about the immigration rules, regulation, and policies of New Zealand and regularly communicates with High Commission Officials in Mumbai, and New Delhi and Education Providers in New Zealand.
